Campaign Examples: Successful & Challenging Initiatives

Campaign Led

I served as Campaign Marketing Consultant for a county-wide community awareness initiative, building the brand's entire digital presence from zero.

My role included developing messaging strategy, managing social media platforms, creating all branded graphics and educational content, coordinating billboard placements, and scaling content production from launch to 3 posts per day during peak periods.

RESULTS:

  • Built Facebook following from 0 to 593 followers in 5 months (October 2025 – March 2026)

  • Achieved 20,391 viewers and 486 engagements on pre-election campaign reel

  • Post-election content reached 2,217 viewers with 963 engagements — a 98% increase in engagement in a single post

  • 95% of content viewers were non-followers — proving organic reach beyond existing audience

  • Scaled content cadence to 3 posts per day during peak campaign periods

  • Achieved strong results on a $50,000 budget vs. opponent's $400,000

A CAMPAIGN THAT DID NOT GO AS PLANNED

In one campaign, early messaging did not generate the level of engagement we anticipated. After reviewing performance metrics and audience response, it became clear that the messaging needed to be more relatable.

I adjusted the approach by simplifying the message, focusing on clear and direct communication, and incorporating more visual and educational content. We also increased the use of video and user-friendly graphics to improve engagement.

This shift resulted in improved interaction and stronger audience response. The experience reinforced the importance of being adaptable, using data to guide decisions, and continuously refining messaging to meet audience needs.

How I Measure Success in Marketing & Communications

I measure success through a combination of quantitative and qualitative metrics, aligned with the goals of the organization.

Reach & Engagement

Tracking follower growth, post engagement rate, reach, impressions, and share of voice across platforms using Meta Business Suite and native analytics.

Awareness Growth

Month-over-month audience growth, new follower acquisition rate, and brand mention tracking across platforms.

Participation Levels

Measuring audience interaction — comments, shares, saves, DMs, and click-through rates to gauge content resonance and community building.

Messaging Impact

Content performance by format (video vs. static vs. carousel), A/B test results, and conversion metrics from social to website/landing page.

Equally important is the ability to communicate complex information clearly and build trust with the audience. Success is not just measured by numbers, but by how effectively messaging drives understanding, engagement, and action. I focus on delivering clear, strategic communication that connects with the audience, supports organizational goals, and drives measurable results.
